The BarItalia HUB 2016 edition was held on 13 and 14 June in the enchanting setting of Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan. Techfood also took part in the Italian event for those who have the bar in their DNA, presenting its latest innovations.
A program full of events: seminars with the best-known names in the national and international bar industry, contests, tastings and workshops. On the occasion of BarItalia HUB 2016, the Palazzo del Ghiaccio was divided into thematic areas dedicated to breakfast, aperitifs, lunch breaks, detox breaks, nights out and street food. Each space was enlivened by workshops organized by partner companies which helped managers find new ideas, stimuli and solutions to apply to improve their business.
Techfood also had the opportunity to present a novelty in the catering sector, Combi Wave , the multifunction oven which has met with incredible success due to its great possibilities of use. Bargiornale , the trade magazine that organizes and promotes the event, interviewed Beatrice Iori on the occasion of the Combi Wave demonstration.
