The text describes, in accordance with the applicable legislation on the subject of personal data protection and the EU Reg 2016/679 -GDPR-, the methods for managing the processing of personal data of users and visitors to our sites as well as the processing of personal data carried out by the Owner who can be contacted using the following e-mail address: info@techfood.it.

As required by Article 12 of the GDPR, the Data Controller adopts the following information as a measure to provide the interested party with the information referred to in Article 13 of the GDPR and the communications referred to in Articles from 15 to 22 and 34 GDPR relating to the processing of data provided, this information is to be understood as general, provided to all those who interact with the site, accessible electronically and corresponding to the home page of the official site.

Information on Data Processing. The Data Controller informs the third party that the personal data provided through contact with the Data Controller, data that does not fall within the particular categories of personal data as listed in art. 9 GDPR, concerning the same (also in the case of a person operating as an individual company, small business owner, professional) or its employees, agents, representatives or collaborators (the "Data"), will be treated in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR. The processing is carried out on the basis of the conditions of lawfulness provided for pursuant to art. 6 of the GDPR, for the purposes inherent to the relationship established with the Data Controller, therefore, its legal basis for as required pursuant to art. 13 lett. c) GDPR finds justification in the reasons for which the relationship with the Data Controller is established and in the specific case in relation to navigation on this Site and/or filling in the relevant contact form, therefore the data will be acquired and processed following your visit to http://www.techfood.it and the related pages visited starting from the home page address or after sending the data using the form on the contact web page. The processing of the data provided to the Data Controller will include: management, organisation, use, storage, creation of the database, processing throughout the EU and outside the EU (countries falling within the cases pursuant to Articles 45 and 46 of the GDPR) carrying out statistics, sending our newsletter from which you can in any case unsubscribe both upon first receipt and at any subsequent time, communication to the partners with whom the initiatives will be developed - subjects who will be appointed external managers pursuant to art. 28 GDPR in the event that personal data will be disclosed to them. However, it is important to remember that the treatment carried out always and only takes place in favor of the user without the purpose of aggressive marketing and with the possibility, even later, of not adhering to the proposed initiative. The processing will also include the cancellation and modification of the data processed following notification by the interested party, consultation, communication of our future initiatives, processing, soft spam by e-mail and light marketing, or newsletters monthly, the creation of statistics, the sending of promotional material as well as the use to promote conferences and meetings.

Profiling . Browsing the site does not involve the profiling of the interested party, however this information is also given for specific marketing campaigns via e-mail or through social channels undertaken by Sogabe - or on its behalf through the same - subject to collection of specific consent, in such cases, the data controller may collect data from data subjects for marketing purposes, i.e. customer studies to study ad hoc advertising campaigns relating to their products/services or their improvement.

It should also be remembered that the processing of data connected to the web services offered by this site physically hosted by hosting companies whose name will be communicated upon request are both carried out and managed only by employees, collaborators, authorized third parties in the case of occasional maintenance or by our manager.

Methods of treatment. The data processing will be carried out in paper and/or electronic form by persons specifically authorized for processing. The provision of data is optional. Some navigation data (on this point, see our cookies policy) are instead acquired automatically by the system and therefore it is understood that by continuing to browse and not disabling cookies, consent will still be deemed to have been granted pursuant to art. 4 paragraph 11 GDPR. Once the data received has been processed, the Data Controller will send the relative reply within the terms indicated in Article 12 of the GDPR.

In particular situations, the Data Controller adopts specific information accompanied by the relative consents to be given in order to allow data processing, moreover, the Data Controller warns you that if you intend to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which they were collected, before this further processing, it will provide the interested party with information regarding this different purpose and any further pertinent information, collecting, in the specific case, consent.

Please note that the sending of e-mail messages by site visitors to the addresses indicated therein for the purposes specified from time to time involves the acquisition and subsequent processing of the sender's address and other personal data entered in the message with the methods and purposes already indicated in the above information. Candidate data. In relation to the data that the user provides or by directly sending us his curriculum vitae (hereafter only CV) or by filling in our application form available directly on the site in the area dedicated to open positions, we inform you that in our capacity as Data Controller of data processing we will use the data indicated in the form or in the CV sent to us to verify correspondence with the ideal candidate we are looking for, we also specify that for this type of processing the information referred to in Article 13 of the GDPR will be provided on the first contact following the sending your CV. We also inform you that the data marked with an asterisk in the acquisition form will be mandatory for the purpose of taking into consideration your job application in relation to the open position, while you are not obliged to provide further data. However, if you provide partial or incorrect data, it may be impossible for us to evaluate you for the job position requested.

In order to evaluate the employment opportunity, we need to process some information about you and to this end we ask you only for the personal data that we reasonably need.

In relation to the conservation of your data, as described in the WP29 guidelines of 8.6.2017, as well as by art. 11-bis of the privacy code as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, we inform you that your data collected during the selection phase will be deleted as soon as it is clear that no job offer will be formulated or that the latter will not be accepted by you. In the case of CVs sent spontaneously, regardless of an open position at our company, we inform you that the CV will be kept, if it is of interest to us, for 2 years, otherwise canceled within 6 months of its receipt. We also inform all our candidates that the Data Controller will be able to verify the social profile of the candidate in the event that this has a different nature from the solely private one and/or is strictly personal.

Navigation data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are canceled immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
