Once again this year, the pastry sector offers a transversal look at the supply chain, which goes from ingredients to premises furnishings, without forgetting packaging, decorations and services. The Pastry events and Pastry&Culture will offer moments of pure culinary pleasure to the guests of the sector who will participate.
Speaker for Apei-pastry ambassadors of Italian excellence will be Carlo Cracco and he will discuss the trends and scenarios of tomorrow.
The event takes place from 21 to 25 January 2023 at the Rimini Exhibition Center. The opening hours of the fair are from 9:30 to 18, while on the last day until 17.
The participation of Techfood
The fair rewards global excellence, presents new formats and is an excellent showcase for making new products and technologies known to the world .
As usual, Techfood can't miss to meet friends and customers and present two very interesting novelties.
The first is Crêpe Brûlée , a reinterpretation of the well-known French dessert in a street food key. The Techfood semi-finished products and the Rondò plate allow you to make a take-away crêpe in seconds, with a first layer of crunchy caramelized sugar.
Another novelty is that of Bubble Stick , the brand new low-cost food trend of the snack 'on a stick'. With a single plate, you can get up to six Bubble Sticks at a time, to take away or even serve on the plate. All that remains is to garnish with creams, fruit or grains as you like, and that's it.
