Innovation Time will be held on Tuesday 27 February from 18:00 to 20:00, at the headquarters of Forma Futuro in Parma in Via La Spezia, 110. Intended mainly for operators in the food sector, the free refresher course is open to all, students and cooking enthusiasts included.
The two-hour meeting will be an intense full immersion on the main novelties of the restaurant industry. In particular, the following topics will be covered:
At 18:00 it begins with an illustration of the main innovations, organized by Forma Futuro – SFA Street Food Academy and Employment Agency Staff, in recruiting, training and management of human resources. From selection to job placement and error-proof contracts, a clear and perfectly explained path. There will also be a special section of questions and solutions to specific real cases, with the support of a group of experts, even individually.
This will be followed by the presentation of new technological solutions, applied to various catering sectors: an opportunity to try out the Techfood combi ovens and put yourself to the test with demo and laboratory activities.
