WHAT IS THE SPECIALTY OF YOUR LOCATION?
Yogurt, that's why I called it Yolove. It is the basic element with which I make many delicacies. Yogurt also goes well with Choco Burger!
DOES THE LOCATION OF THE PLACE INFLUENCE ITS SUCCESS?
Surely. We are in Botricello, in the province of Catanzaro, a town overlooking the Ionian Sea. The center is small but very touristic. We work very well both in winter and in summer even if, of course, the high season makes us run a lot! There was no place here that sold yoghurt and crepes, except during fairs and festivals. I wanted to introduce a new offer that has entered people's hearts: today they tell me that I have brought something wonderful.
WHAT ARE THE STRONG POINTS OF THE PLACE?
Everyone feels at ease here: we have a very transversal target, from young people to families, and the place is loved by everyone. Probably also because of its very particular aesthetics, which blends different styles. Vintage elements, pallet sofas, but also hearts, animals and glittery walls.
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO TRUST TECHFOOD?
I met the company at the fair and immediately appreciated the machinery and products. We made contact and were struck by the cordiality, the agent was very helpful and made us fall in love, he has almost become a brother!

The versatility and unique flavor that I can give to products.
Once I gained confidence I was able to invent many things, such as crepe cakes or waffles with chocolate. I put the inventiveness into it, but the base is exceptional! And my crepe is unquestionable, they come here from afar specifically to eat it.
WHEN DID YOU DECIDE TO OPEN YOUR LOCATION AND WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE WOMEN IN THE HORECA SECTOR?
The idea of opening came from me, because I grew up in a country where the yogurt shop was a point of reference. I had been cultivating it for a long time but I waited for my 4 children to grow up before embarking on this wonderful adventure.
The business is family run by me, my husband and my oldest daughter who is 19 years old.
She is the other face and true heart of Yolove, she is much loved by customers for her smile and it is nice to see how often they come in even just to say hello and have a chat.
From my point of view, having a business run by women is a great strength, but the real fortune is being able to count on the family. We are thinking of expanding on other premises.
WHAT MUST A SUCCESSFUL PLACE HAVE?
The enthusiasm. We always invent, sometimes we don't sleep at night to create! Everyone brings their own ideas and we indulge ourselves in realizing them, but it is essential to know how to propose them well and we succeed by being able to count on reliable and quality machinery such as Techfood.
