Where is your place located? Does the location influence its success?


We are in Camigliatello Silano, a small mountain town in the province of Cosenza.
The café is located on the central street of the town, therefore in a prominent position that makes us well known.


When did you decide to open your restaurant?


I only discovered it 9 months ago, but it is a historic restaurant that has been open since 1953. A real institution in the country!


What does it propose?


We are a café with pastry shop and ice cream shop . Our strong point is in fact the desserts, including the typical Calabrian dessert called Pitta Mpigliata . It is filled with dried fruit, honey and aromas and its recipe dates back to the 1700s. Recently we have also been offering a savory offer to expand the menu.


What are the strengths of the venue?


Definitely its history and location. During the winter and Christmas holidays, the area is frequented by many tourists.


Why did you choose to rely on Techfood?


Much of the credit goes to the representative, who made a very good impression on us with his reliability and competence. We wanted to introduce some innovative desserts to update our offering and we were immediately smitten with Choco Burger .
