Techfood will be the protagonist of this culinary adventure, offering an unprecedented experience from 20 to 24 January 2024 at the Rimini Exhibition Centre .

Techfood will not fail to amaze again this year, presenting itself in a completely renovated stand together with Pausa and Squeezita, the result of an exclusive collaboration with Italian Food Factory. The stand, strategically positioned and impressive in size, will be impossible to miss, inviting all enthusiasts to immerse themselves in culinary innovation.

The Angry Barista , a well-known face of Techfood, will be the official presenter of the news. Every day, he will reveal the secrets of the culinary universe in a series of unmissable speeches .
From 11.30am to 12pm , we start with the Combi Wave oven , a journey through aromas and techniques that will transform the kitchen into a laboratory of flavours.
Finally, at 2.30pm , in collaboration with Italian Food Factory, we will delve into the delights of Squeezita creams and sprays , and we will immerse ourselves in the varied Pausa range .

Special guest: Emanuele Giona Spennato
To enrich the experience will be the presence of Emanuele Giona Spennato from Twist - The Rolling Ice cream . A very nice and hyper-creative restaurateur, he will perform in show cooking shows with Ice N Roll combined with Squeezita creams, adding a touch of entertainment and creativity.
Space Bun Fight: the ultimate gourmet challenge
On January 22nd at 12 pm , Sigep will be the stage for the first edition of Space Bun Fight .
Six competitors from the best venues in Italy will compete in front of the public and jury to become Space Bun's 2024 Social Ambassador . The challenge consists in creating a special and original Space Bun capable of leaving everyone speechless, an experience that promises to amaze and delight those present.
The novelty by Pausa
That's not all, Pausa unveils two exclusive novelties at Sigep: the cold coffee and ginseng cream , and the cold coffee and salted caramel cream . These innovations are the result of a skilful combination of high quality ingredients, in order to offer a unique sensorial experience that will satisfy the most refined palates. We will preview the perfect fusion of flavors and technology , representing a new standard in the universe of frozen coffee.
