The Space Bun Fight returns to Sigep in Rimini for its second edition, promising excitement, creativity, and plenty of flavor. After last year's success, when six finalists competed in a thrilling contest and victory went to Paola of Cold Passion , who won everyone over with her "Calabrotto," the contest returns with an even higher level.

This year, four fantastic food professionals are ready to compete for the title of Social Ambassador 2025. The final will be held on January 20th at 11:30 am , in the Techfood show-cooking area, and will see the competitors engaged in the live creation of their version of the Space Bun , the most innovative sandwich ever.

Massimiliano Parri – The Schiacciata Florence
Innovation and tradition meet in his gourmet schiacciate. Massimiliano brings the flavors of Tuscany to the competition, enriched with a unique creative touch.
Nicola Romani – Kilometer 25
Young and talented, Nicola reinterprets culinary tradition with modern techniques and exquisite ingredients. A promising chef who has already won over many palates.
Daniele Nosenzo – The Anchor of Turin
Hailing from the historic Via della Rocca, in the heart of Turin's Borgo Nuovo district, Daniele surprises with his creativity and ability to reinvent the concept of a sandwich. His offerings focus on unexpected combinations and innovative techniques.
