In the heart of Calabria stands a characteristic town with a stupendous seafront, always transparent sea, unforgettable sunsets, as well as a strategic point to reach all the localities of the region.
We are talking about Paola, a town in the province of Cosenza which hosts Movida Beach .
Historic and very popular beach equipped with umbrellas and gazebos, without giving up a bar, swimming pool and a large playground for children.
So here it's not "just" about the beach, but Adelina and your team offer their guests the opportunity to have lunch with simple dishes and fish, to have a hearty snack or enjoy an aperitif that is different from the usual.
We talked to her about her place.
Hi Adelina, how was Movida Beach born?
HI! Movida Beach was born 12 years ago as a bathing establishment. Over the years it has grown but has always kept the same structure: we offer, in addition of course to the beach and sunbeds, a service that ranges from breakfast to an aperitif .
Given the type of business and the location, we open seasonally, therefore from June to September.
We'd love to expand but space obviously limits us a bit. The sea is also getting closer and every year the beach erodes a little.
How would you describe your place?
Well it's mine, so wonderful :)
Just kidding, definitely cute though. My family and I manage it with passion and take care of it in the best possible way. Customers appreciate.
How did you hear about Techfood?
I first met Techfood through Facebook . I saw the ad, replied and here we are!
What Techfood products do you use? And what are your favorite characteristics of the purchased products?
We prepare Bubble Sticks , both in sweet and savory versions . We have both the straightener and the station and, in particular with the children of the colonies who are so many here in the area, the bubble sticks are an incredible success . The reason is quite simple: they are good products, practical to prepare, quick, new and highly customizable according to the customer's tastes.
Last question: what is the secret to a successful restaurant?
Kindness and courtesy, there is nothing that matters more. Caring about your customers' needs and making them remember you with a smile.
