Federico, how did the collaboration between Menù and Techfood come about?

Our story with Techfood began with a chance meeting between Gabriele and I, even though our companies had known each other for some time. I've been part of the Menù family for six years, and when we discovered the Space Bun project , we immediately realized we could use our expertise to offer innovative and delicious fillings.

How are the trade fairs in collaboration between Menù and Techfood going?

The trade shows are a real success! Industry professionals are very curious about new products, and our Space Buns are attracting a lot of attention. We've strategically positioned our booth, and the Space Bun corner has become a real draw.

What are the future prospects for this collaboration?

We look to the future with great optimism. We want to consolidate the concept of the innovative sandwich and surprise consumers with unique shapes and creative fillings.
