On 13 and 14 June in the splendid liberty setting of Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan, BarItalia Hub will be staged, the reference event in Italy for the bar world, promoted and coordinated by the magazine Bargiornale. Techfood will also participate in the event as an official partner, presenting its experience in offering innovative products and services for bars.

The event program is dense and for all tastes, aimed at bartenders, bartenders, managers, hotel school students, consultants, food & beverage managers and sommeliers. For the occasion, the Palazzo del Ghiaccio was divided into thematic areas according to the events and seminars proposed. Breakfast, street food, aperitif and lunch, these are the spaces where the conferences will take place. In particular, on Tuesday 14 June in the lunch area Santo Palumbo - Sales Area Manager of Techfood - will hold the workshop "Quality is everything, speed too: how to win over the customer in a matter of minutes". A digression on the ability to capture customers in a few moments, also thanks to the use of machines such as the Combi Wave with which to prepare quality dishes in a couple of minutes.

Among the main topics of the 2016 edition is the future. And in fact the inaugural event of the kermesse will be held in a bar of the future imagined by the visionary architect Simone Micheli and by the planar event Mauro Adami. But the future also understood as new generations of bartenders who will compete in the Baritalia Junior competition with shakers in front of an exceptional jury composed of Giuseppe Gallo, Daniele Gentili and Philip Duff. The latter will unveil the new global trends from the bar world on Tuesday 14 May at 18:00 in the aperitif area.
