The Tortilla recipe follows the taste of the classic Mexican tortilla made up of a mixture of three flours: corn, wholemeal and 00. Various shapes and presentations are possible for table service or take away, it can be stuffed with fijoles, pork, bacon, guacamole sauce and other products. Baked a second time with yellow cheese, it becomes the legendary tacos.
