LaPizzeria Junior is the ideal oven for bars, breweries, rotisseries, focacceries, crêperies and all those places that want to serve pizza cooked to order instantly.
With its simple and elegant stainless steel design, LaPizzeria Junior is a pizza oven with an independent double cooking chamber. It has separate temperature regulation for each individual cooking chamber, which can reach up to 320° and 350° on the hob. The oven is equipped with a decreasing timer for each individual cooking chamber and an extraction hood with internal recirculation tangential fan and refillable activated carbon cartridge.
The hob is made of refractory material. Above the hood there is a convenient large compartment for keeping warm, useful for leavening and defrosting.
LaPizzeria Junior is the oven designed for static cooking, ideal for all types of fresh round or pan-frozen pizza, with a base to be filled or stuffed.
