Lapizzeria is the oven for cooking traditional classic pizza and pan pizza: it cooks 3 pizzas at a time at 350 degrees, thanks to the 3 refractory floors and the trivalent cooking system equipped with a special fan. With Lapizzeria you can prepare traditional soft or crunchy pizza like in a pizza maker's oven up to a diameter of 35 cm or in a 30 x 40 pan for pizza by the slice. LaPizzeria is available with the fan option included for rapid and uniform cooking, or excluded for concentrated cooking of the "professional pizza" type.
Each surface is equipped with an easily removable pyrolytic (self-cleaning) refractory stone. It has a "grill" option for golden and crunchy cooking with a "crispy" effect, indicated for the recovery of pre-cooked products: lasagna, cannelloni, roast beef, toast, omelettes, happy hour appetizers, etc. The temperature, times, softness or crunchiness are controlled by a microprocessor and two electronic boards.
Particular care is dedicated to the insulation for heat protection on each side and above all where the oven doors are located. Equipped with self-suction hood with activated carbon and dual technology cooling compensation chamber (optional).
