From the kitchen to the pastry shop: the birth of Dolci Momenti

Founded in 2013 by chef Agostino Riccardi, Dolci Momenti Grafferia is the result of a natural evolution: from a background in catering to a love of pastry making. "I was also passionate about the world of desserts," Riccardi explains. "So we decided to dedicate ourselves entirely to this project. We produce everything in-house, every day, with select ingredients."

The desire to grow and innovate is evident: "We'd like to collaborate with other companies; we've already received several requests. For now, we're focusing 100% on our lab, but we're ready for new challenges."
