Now, from 21 to 25 January, Techfood is ready to present two other new products resulting from ad hoc research for the bar and Horeca sector.
Crêpe Brûlée and Bubble Stick
Delicious, with an international flavor and practical, both for those who consume them and for those who prepare them. They are Crêpe Brûlée and Bubble Stick : the two new products that will be presented by Techfood at Sigep 2023 (pavilion B2, stand 068).
The first is a reinterpretation of the very famous crêpe in a street food key. Ever thought of being able to eat it with a spoon , perhaps while walking around the city centre? Techfood semi-finished products allow you to make a take-away crêpe in just a few seconds, with a first layer of crunchy caramelized sugar. Et voilà: the gourmet snack is served. Another novelty is that of Bubble Stick , in the wake of the new low food cost food trend of snacks ' on a stick' . Once again, semi-finished products and the special Techfood machinery come into play: in this way, up to six Bubble Sticks can be obtained at a time, to take away or even to serve on the plate. All that remains is to garnish with creams, fruit or sprinkles as desired, and that's it.

There are just a few days left and Techfood's news will finally be able to meet the public at the Sigep Fair, from 21-25 January. And presenting them all will be the special guest Pedro Luca Matos Maceli , better known as ' The angry bartender'. An ironic and charismatic voice, capable of making known the true needs of those who find themselves on the other side of the counter every day.
Fixed appointment therefore, every morning from 11 to 12 at stand 068 in pavilion B2, to learn about Techfood news and also re-encounter some of the 'pillars' of production, such as the Combi Wave oven and the award-winning Steamì steam wand. Every afternoon, from 2pm to 3pm, the sweet preparations with Squeezita will meet the products of the Pausa brand: hot chocolate with whipped cream and coconut cream, mochaccino with chocolate cream, and this is just a taste... before arriving at 4pm, until 5pm, with the preparation of crepes and fun food (Bubble Waffle, Ice N Roll, Choco Kebab and Choco Burger).
