How to enrich one of the most consumed products in the world? How to create a spoon dessert that is trendy and for walking in full street food style? The answer to these questions is only one: Crêpe Brûlée!

This spectacular sweet snack is easy to prepare thanks to the Techfood equipment and semi-finished products that allow you to prepare and cook scented Crêpes in just a few seconds. The supplied accessories complete the work, helping the operator in the preparation and service phase. Using a kitchen burner allows you to caramelize the sugar sprinkled on top of the Crêpe filled with Gran Crema® so as to give the product the crunchy component. The practical display has been designed to encourage impulse purchases and stimulate the WOW effect.

Preparation

1. Mix the Techfood semi-finished product with the water.
2. Pour the mixture over the Rondò. Close the plates and start the cooking programme.
3. Once cooking is complete, remove the crêpe and, using the dedicated accessory, make a cone.
4. Use the dispenser to fill the Gran Crema® Crêpe.
5. Complete with fruit, sprinkles or whipped cream as desired.
6. Once the Gran Crema® has been distributed evenly, sprinkle with cane or classic sugar.
7. Use a kitchen burner to caramelize the sugar.
8. Garnish and serve!
