The mix for waffles and waffles is the basic mix that faithfully reproduces the Belgian recipe. The "Belgian gaufre" is the name given by Maurice Vermesch, a well-known Belgian chef, who subsequently created the "Brussels gaufre" variant, so that the whole world spoke of the Belgian capital and increased its popularity. The Techfood food product is inspired by this ancient recipe and creates a semi-finished product that only needs to be added with water.
