The space sandwich
A new sandwich with a unique shape. All this thanks to the Techfood cooking system, composed of two-plate equipment, which allows you to create this particular shape, sealing the upper part with the lower part of any type of bread product.
The Space Bun plate allows you to serve tortillas, wraps, hamburgers, focaccias, pizza pans, toasts in a new creative version, which prevents the contents from spilling once served, thus making it the perfect snack.

Our cooking systems are ideal for bars, bistros, ice cream parlors, pubs and all places that want to offer a sweet and savory menu, suitable for any moment of the day. Perfect for a delicate proposal for breakfast, lunch, an aperitif or dinner time. All our equipment is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. They are equipped with an acoustic and visual timer and non-stick, self-cleaning and smoke-proof Teflon Longlife cooking plates. Thanks to this material, which guarantees the total absence of fumes and odors, it will not be necessary to operate in the presence of an extraction system and favors better cleaning.
