Can you tell us how the collaboration between Nestlé and Techfood came about?
The collaboration between Nestlé and Techfood emerged from our desire to innovate our offering, introducing a wide range of professional spreads.
To realize this project, we needed a simple and effective cream dispensing system , suitable for OOH channels. We found the ideal partner in Techfood, thanks to their extensive experience in the sector and their ability to develop customized solutions that perfectly align with our values and products.
What was the initial need or challenge that drove you to seek a solution like the one proposed by Techfood?
Our main challenge was to find a way to present our spreads, inspired by Nestlé's most iconic snacks, such as KitKat, Baci, Galak, and Perugina, in a practical and attractive way. We wanted to ensure an optimal use and consumption experience while maintaining the quality and freshness of our products.
What impressed you about the professional dispenser solutions offered by Techfood?
We were impressed by the versatility and innovation of Techfood's professional dispensers. Their solutions not only ensure precise and safe dispensing, but are also designed to attract the consumer's attention , making the use and consumption experience more engaging.
Did you choose lever-operated, push-type, or both? Why?
We opted for both lever-operated and push-action models to meet different operational needs. Lever-operated dispensers are ideal for more controlled use, while push-action dispensers offer rapid dispensing, perfect for contexts requiring quick and easy use.
How much did the possibility of customization or modularity influence your decision?
The possibility of customization and modularity were key to our decision. We wanted dispensers that could be adapted to our specific presentation needs, as well as to the specific needs of our customers, and Techfood offered us flexible solutions that integrate perfectly with our corporate image .
In what contexts were the dispensers used? (points of sale, events, trade fairs, corporate spaces, etc.)

Yes, we've received positive feedback from both. Our spreadable creams have been designed to ensure maximum performance across a variety of applications. The easy dispensing system encourages our customers to use them widely , allowing end consumers to enjoy our spreads applied to a variety of products, such as fillings for croissants, donuts, pancakes, and waffles. They can also be used to enrich ice cream and desserts, or as a garnish for hot and cold drinks. This has helped consolidate our brand image and strengthen trust in our products and solutions.
