With the 2025 edition of Sigep just a few days away, the time has come to find out what surprises Techfood has in store for the unmissable Rimini foodservice event.
Along with the Pausa and Squeezita branded products, the offering has not only been expanded but also diversified based on the needs of both venues and consumers. From new dispensers to the creative combinations of Rondò Kubo, to the exclusive Bobalicious bubble juice: here are all the new additions this year.
Rondò Kubo: Geometry has never been so delicious.
A small cubic treasure chest of pleasure, ready to serve in a matter of seconds. Whether for a quick bite or a full-blown meal, there's only one answer: Rondò Kubo. The Techfood concept is complemented by two semi-finished products for preparing sweet or savory wafers.
The Techfood system allows you to prepare up to five portions simultaneously: a total of ten waffles, which can be combined in pairs, choosing your desired filling. The audible and visual timer alerts you when cooking is complete, which, for the record, takes just over a minute.
In addition to providing excellent performance in terms of energy consumption, the machine is extremely easy to clean and guarantees the total absence of fumes and odors.
In short, all that's left to do is have fun creating the best combinations for the fillings . From breakfast to dinner, the combinations are endless, satisfying even the most demanding palates.
Bobalicious, an explosion of color and goodness
Colorful and whimsical, Bobalicious combines the explosive flavor of small boba spheres with the timeless pleasure of fruit juice. An exclusive product for which Pausa offers four new combinations.
Each 250ml glass offers an optimal solution for its storage: the boba, already much appreciated by bubble tea consumers, are kept separate from the liquid in the special plastic lid.
This way, the product can be stored at room temperature or served fresh directly to the customer, leaving them the pleasure of dipping the boba directly into the juice.
Bobalicious is gluten-free, non-GMO, and vegan; it doesn't contain lactose.
Pausa's combinations range from classic pairings, like peach boba and strawberry juice, to pineapple boba and orange juice. There's also no shortage of exotic options, like passion fruit boba and tropical juice, or mango boba and melon juice.
Lever, push, and doypack dispensers: dispensers for all tastes
In a complex and ever-changing sector like Ho.re.ca, it's essential that operators can be supported even with the simplest, most everyday tasks.
For this reason, Techfood has decided to expand its range of dispensers , in order to guarantee maximum efficiency even in the most frenetic moments of work activity.
Field veterans will have already experienced the convenience of Techfood lever dispensers, perfect for any garnish, from sauces to creams. This tool allows for accurate dispensing of the product while maintaining a constant flow: a guarantee.
Techfood, however, wanted to raise the stakes even further with its pressure dispensers, developed in collaboration with Italian Food Factory, also available under the Squeezita brand . Optimization of time and waste remains assured, with the added advantage of being able to precisely dispense even low-viscosity products.
Completing the magic trident, also available under the Pausa brand , is the pressure dispenser for the doypack format. This guarantees the same optimal performance, especially for those who use creams and sauces packaged in pouches. The project, developed in collaboration with Italian Food Factory, offers five flavors of spreads, jams, and preserves, all strictly gluten-free, GMO-free, and palm oil-free.
